Conceptualization
Length of forearm is defined as the distance between the elbow crease, and the wrist crease.
Length of foot length is defined as the distance between the calcaneus and the tip of the longest toe.
Operationalization
Length of both forearm and foot length is measured by measuring tape and a ruler to prevent parallax errors.
